Your body is 70% water.😱 You sweat - you lose water. You Pee - you lose water.😲

You need to REPLENISH your bodies water.👍 You don't want to get dehydrated. 😳That causes ALOT. of health issues.😲 

You need to drink 3 quarts of water a day. Measure how much you drink each day.😉 Keep your body healthy. Help it flush the toxins  and fat with more water. 👍
