Vitamin Information

Many of your do not know me. Here is how I got started with GPI and Rawleigh back in 1995 and what some of the products have done for me and my family

Back in 1995 I was introduced to the GPI weight loss products. I wasn't trying to lose weight. I just needed some energy so I could tone up. My favorite weight loss product is the Thermo-Lift Millennium. The energy that I get from that product is awesome :)

Once I found out how great the products worked I became a distributor in 1996 and have been trying all of the products as they come available so I can tell everyone how they work. Here is a few products that I would like to elaborate on.

Power Nutrients - The best tasting liquid vitamin with all of the vitamins and minerals you need everyday. I mix it in my first large glass of water of the day :)

Cal-Mag Plus - Not just calcium but calcium/magnesium/boron/vitamin D all the things your body needs to absorb the calcium correctly. This is the best calcium supplement I have found on the market today. I take 4 everyday.

Formula 1 OC-Classic - This product helped my dad clear out his arteries. He had 60% blockage and after 10 months on this product, he had 0 blockage. This product is great tasting as well. When I get reflux, I take a teaspoon of this product and in 5 minutes I am feeling better :)

OC-Max has proven ingredients that helps to lower cholesterol levels and customers have told me after taking it for 3 months they have started seeing lower cholesterol readings.

B-Safe - will help you lose weight around your middle as it did me. Over a 3 month period , taking 2 per day, I lost 10 pounds and 3" in my waist.

TranQuell Sleep - I use this when I know I won't be able to sleep. I take 2 and go to bed and I sleep like a baby :)

HoneyBee Propolis - I take 2 capsules everyday. It has boosted my immune system so I barely ever get sick and I hate to be sick !

Rawleigh Double Strength Vanilla - The best tasting vanilla I have ever tasted! I use it everyday in my baking.

Rawleigh Bee Secret Ointment - Rubbed on my arthritic joints when they hurt - makes them stop hurting completely in 20 minutes.

Rawleigh External Anti Pain Oil - When my muscles hurt I put some of this on a cotton ball and rub it on the sore muscle - it works FAST to relieve my pain.

Rawleigh Antiseptic Salve - I dropped a yard post on my shin years ago and it ripped the skin open. My husband gobbed the Antiseptic Salve on my skin every day and it healed quickly and beautifully.

Rawleigh Propolis Salve - After my shin healed I had a scar so I put the propolis salve on it daily and now - 10 years later - you can not see what WAS a 12" scar :)

Rawleigh Medicated Ointment - I burnt myself on a electric skillet and instead of putting my fingers under cold water I stuck them in the can of Medicated Ointment then pulled them out and rubbed them together gently. After 30 minutes went by I washed my hands and there was no signs of a burn :)

Rawleigh Black Pepper - The best black pepper I ever tasted. Since trying Rawleigh Black Pepper I have never bought store bought pepper again !

Many of us suffer from occasional heartburn, indigestion or acid reflux, and the older we get it seems more likely to occur.

Throat problems associated with reflux include hoarseness, throat clearing, feeling like there is a lump in your throat and coughing.

To control the acid indigestion and reflux problems, some basic things done throughout the day may need to be adjusted and changed. Watching what you eat is very important. Sometimes it is wise to keep a food diary so you can pin down exactly what it is that triggers the acid indigestion symptoms.

Watching when you eat is also important. Try to avoid eating just before going to sleep. Allow three or four hours before you lie down and that includes no snacking.   

If you regularly consume caffeine and alcohol and smoke cigarettes, these will contribute and worsen the symptoms.

Other conditions that can bring on heartburn, acid indigestion and reflux include pregnancy and very stressful times in our lives, but once again the most common cause is certain types of foods.reflux.

Can you believe it? People are getting drunk and then going to the doctor for a vitamin drip AKA party girl drip!!
One actor said he liked it cause it gave him a WARM feeling, hello ! that's the niacin in the "vitamin drip".

Why not just keep your body healthy?
If you don't like taking vitamins, drink a liquid vitamin like Power Nutrients. If you need a LIFT pull a packet of Ultra Power Nutrients out of your pocket and put it in some water. Both of the products I mentioned are full of vitamins and minerals.

People don't realize that getting drunk depletes your body of vitamins and minerals. That is one of the reasons you don't feel well in the morning after heavy drinking.

If you are busy and can not get home. Carry Ultra Power Nutrients with you. Each packet is equivalent to 1 ounce of the Power Nutrients. Before partying pour two packets into a 8 or 16 ounce bottle of water and let it fizz out...drink it up. Before going to bed try to remember to mix one more packet up and drink it . Then do the same in the morning.

I know those party girl drips have got to be VERY EXPENSIVE and time consuming. Try Power Nutrients and or Ultra Power Nutrients instead.

On occasion I have drank a little to much and I did exactly as I stated above ... believe me...it works!

But remember drinking allot of alcohol is poisoning your body.  Which causes you to get older quicker and can lead to diseases too. Getting drunk is not good for you.

Anyone beginning a weight-loss or exercise program should consult his or her physician first. However, the following hints just use a little bit of common sense along with some new ideas that you can apply to your new healthy eating lifestyle!
Drink lots of water. You should drink at least eight 8-ounce glasses daily. This helps flush out toxins and keeps you hydrated.
Take in plenty of fiber. Fiber helps you feel “full.” It also helps keep blood sugar levels even and affects the re-absorption of fats in the intestines. Fiber also helps to cleanse the colon.
Chew your food thoroughly. This helps the digestive process.
Avoid hidden fats and calories. For example: whole milk in your cup of coffee or tea two times a day could add up to as much as 20,000 extra calories (almost 6 pounds of fat) per year.
Don’t overload on carbohydrates. We’re not necessarily advocating cutting out carbs, however most eating plans that are lower in carbohydrates and concentrate on a higher protein ratio seem to produce the best results.
Eat! There are plenty of healthy foods to snack on between meals without sacrificing your healthy diet. Don't starve yourself! This will only cause your metabolism to slow down and you will likely gain weight or stay exactly where you are.
Eat more often. Eat several small, sensible meals throughout the day, instead of two or three large ones. Preferably 5 to 6 small meals are ideal for most adults.
Bake, broil, grill or steam foods that need to be cooked. Avoid frying. If frying is a must, use light vegetable sprays or a touch of olive oil to stir-fry your food.
Choose fresh foods. Fresh foods are best, as they contain the highest nutrient levels. Frozen foods are your next best choice. Avoid canned foods whenever possible due to the high sodium content. If you must eat canned foods, look for, “no salt added.”
Do not grocery shop when you are hungry! Shopping while hungry causes “impulse buys” - purchasing more food than necessary and purchasing foods that are less nutritious.
Consume low or no-calorie beverages. During your weight-loss program, try to reduce the amount of high-calorie beverages you drink. (The average person consumes a large quantity of liquids each day, not realizing that many of these liquids are high in calories. Most times, these are “empty calories” derived from sugar.)
Read labels on fat-free products. There are low-fat and fat-free alternatives for many foods: Cookies, cake, ice cream, sour cream, cream cheese, pretzels, crackers, cheeses and frozen entrees. Enjoy your favorite dishes and cut the fat, too.
Fat-free foods may have higher sodium content than their regular or low-fat counterparts. Read the labels. Sometimes, the low-fat choices turn out to be healthier than the fat-free alternative. Pay attention to the recommended serving size. Because a food is low fat or fat-free does NOT mean have at it!
